Beef and Bok Choy

 

¾ lb. sirloin or filet mignon

1 onion, sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

3 tablespoons fish  sauce

bok choy ( preferably baby bok choy)

 

Marinate sliced steak in fish sauce and garlic for at least ½ hour.

 

Meanwhile, wash and cut bok choy.

 

Heat 3 TBS. peanut oil and stir fry the onions for 3 minutes. Add the drained beef, and stir fry for 3 minutes. Remove from pan.

 

Add 2 TBS peanut oil and cook the bok choy for 3 minutes. Add the meat back into the pan to heat up. Serve with rice.
