BBQ Boneless Leg of Lamb

Marinate leg of lamb in balsamic vinegar with 3 garlic cloves, mint, and rosemary for several hours or overnight

Scrape off the garlic and herbs and blot the meat dry before grilling

Sear over high heat on outdoor gas grill, then reduce heat to medium (325) and roast the meat for 35-45 minutes, basting occasionally with marinade.


Serve with more mint.
