Buy a shoulder of pork, which will come wrapped in a mesh.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Rub lemon and rosemary on the pork. Nothing else is needed as it's pretty greasy.
Roast for 3 hours. When you remove the netting, the pork should fall apart. Help it by pulling.
Serve with risotto made with a shallot and beef broth.

Marinate the short ribs in a mixture of ketchup and hoisin sauce. At least, if you don't have time to marinate, slather them liberally.
Place in Pyrex pan and roast for 45 minutes. Allow at least 2 per person.
