Macaroni and Cheese

 

equal amounts, say ½ pound, of cheddar, mozzarrella, and parmesan, grated.

1 cup milk

1 pound pasta, like elbow macaroni, cooked and drained

 

Preheat oven to 325

 

Butter a pyrex casserole.

 

Mix milk and cheeses. Pour over macaroni in casserole.

Dot with butter. Put in oven for 45 minutes and brown the top.
