Spaghetti Carbonara

 

1 pound spaghetti

6 pieces bacon, cooked in microwave 6-8 minutes, or until crisp (new pre-cooked bacon only has to be microwaved 10 seconds per slice, and tastes great)

3 eggs beaten

5 TB butter

1/2 cup grated parmesan

Melt butter and blend cheese in saucepan. DO NOT BOIL. Add eggs at very end or not at all. The hot spaghetti is enough to cook the eggs. Mix spaghetti with butter, eggs, and bacon bits. Grate more cheese on top and black pepper.

Think of this as bacon and eggs on spaghetti.
