Grilled Quail with Quinoa

 

Marinate quail in :

1TB Thai fish sauce

1 TB water

sugar

pepper flakes

1 clove garlic

1 medium shallot


Prepare quinoa:

Saute sliced onion in olive oil. Add sunflower seeds. Add raisins and quinoa and one can chicken broth. Cook according to package directions.

Preheat grill. Grill the quail, 3-5 minutes on each side.
