Al Forno's Roasted Asparagus (and other vegetables)

Preheat oven to 500 degrees.

Place asparagus in single layer in roasting pan.

Brush with extra virgin olive oil. Sprinkle with kosher salt.

Roast in upper third of oven for about 10-12 minutes.

This technique can also be used for onions, peppers, eggplants, broccoli, leeks, and potatoes.
