Rina's Ocopa

6 soda cookies

½ lb. feta cheese

1/4 lb. walnuts

1/4 lb. peanuts

hot peppers (red), deveined

2 cloves garlic

½ cup vegetable oil

½ cup milk

a few shrimp

lemon

baking potatoes


For the sauce:

Boil shrimp in beer ten minutes and peel.

Roast the hot peppers and garlic with the shrimp shells until they are lightly browned.

Blend in a food processor one half of the feta cheese, the cookies, nuts, garlic, peppers, oil, milk, salt, and pepper, with a few drops of lemon juice added at the end.

Boil potatoes, peel, and cut in half. Arrange on plate over lettuce.

Cover the potatoes with the sauce and decorate with pieces of feta cheese, hard-boiled eggs, black (Alfonso) olives, and shrimp.
